Thanks to all who contributed to the Christian Aid appeal for the Middle East recently - £215 was raised.

Following Remembrance Sunday, the PCC has donated £200 to The Royal British Legion, and £200 to the James Hopkins Trust. This was the charity nominated by our bugler, Peter Solely, who gave his services freely. Thanks to him, and to all who contributed to these collections.

The Charity Christmas Card Shop is now open until 16th December at Arcos in Avenue Road, on Mondays to Fridays from 10 am to 4 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm.

Contributions for the December newsletter will be welcomed. Please send by Tuesday 5th December to beethomas@btinternet.com

If you wish to send Christmas Greetings in the December newsletter please add your name to the list on the notice board. Donations for such to the churchwarden please.

Would you like to sponsor the floodlighting of the Priory for an evening over the Christmas/New Year period in memory of a loved one? Please see the notice in the porch for details, and for the available dates.

“Christmas by Candlelight” — a concert with Linda Tolchard, soprano and Kevin Gill, piano — Saturday 16th December at Little Malvern Priory at 7 pm. An evening for peace and reflection with sacred and secular music. Free admission; donations gratefully received on the night; proceeds to the church. There will be an interval and a glass of good cheer!

Little Malvern Priory’s Christmas Carol Service this year will be on Friday 22nd December at 6.00 pm. There will be a Christingle Service on Christmas Eve at 4.00 pm. Please make these events widely known!

We are arranging a training session with ‘Heartstart Malvern’ to familiarise us with basic CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and the use of defibrillators. Please could you let Alison know if you are interested in this. The exact date, early in 2024, is to be decided.
