Based on the Embrace the Middle East Resource, Healing & Hope in the One Household of God, each Sunday is a separate event - it does not require previous knowledge - only a Bible to look and follow the scripture references. It will also be a time of reflective prayer.

Our Away Giving during March will be for the work of ARCOS — the Association for Rehabilitation of Communication and Oral Skills. This is a local therapy charity supporting children and adults with eating, drinking and/or swallowing difficulties and who require physical rehabilitation. The charity operates out of Hatherley Lodge in Avenue Road. Donations will be welcomed at church from next Sunday, 3rd March.

World Day of Prayer (formerly Women's World Day of Prayer)

The services for Malvern will be on Friday 1st March at 2.00pm at Christchurch, Avenue Road, Malvern and at 7.30pm at The Friends’ Meeting House, Orchard Road, Malvern.

This year's service has been prepared by Christian women of Palestine. Given the current conflict in Gaza it will be a particularly poignant service and an opportunity to get a glimpse of life for those living in Palestine and a time to join with our brothers and sisters across the world as one Christian community. We are privileged to have Colin and Ann Chapman to join us and introduce our service as they have personal experience of living and working in the Middle East.

The March Newsletter would welcome your contributions. Please send your articles, poems, photos etc. by 5th March to beethomas@btinternet.com

Open Garden Days at Little Malvern Court are on Fridays 15th and 22nd March. Help on the day, and cakes for sale, would be welcome. Proceeds go to the church. Please speak to Josie Lowe (01684 311094) if you can help.
