    Next Sunday, 22nd February – First Sunday of Lent: 8.00 am. Holy Communion; 11.00 am. Matins

    Come and Sing your favourite hymns on Shrove Tuesday 17th February – in church at 3.00 pm. We shall sing the most popular hymns chosen (with a break for refreshments), and will hear background information on their writers and composers. Offers of cakes will be welcomed by Alison.

    Pancakes and Games for all the family on Shrove Tuesday 17th February at the Lyttelton Well Café, 4.30 – 6.00 pm. Book on Eventbrite or ring Pauline on 07503 218532.

    Ash Wednesday follows – 18th February. There will be a service of Holy Communion at Little Malvern Priory at 12.00 noon, with the Imposition of Ashes for those who wish.

    A Messy Vintage Service – a service for older people and those with dementia and special needs, and their carers, will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Malvern Link, on Thursday 5th March at 2.00 pm. The theme will be ‘Celebrating Springtime.’ Parking available directly outside the church door. Light Refreshments will be served.

    World Day of Prayer – Friday 6th March. This year’s theme is prepared by Christian women from Nigeria – ‘I will give you rest; come!” Services at Lansdown Methodist Church at 2.00 pm and 7.00 pm. A cash collection will be taken. Pauline Cross is the Chairperson of the Malvern WDP committee, and would be pleased to give you more information, and to have your support on the day.

    On Sunday 22nd March, at Little Malvern Priory, there will be a rendering of the Passion Cantata ‘Sacrifice Triumphant’, music by Basil Harwood (1859-1949). The music is interspersed with readings from the bible and congregational hymns. This act of worship will be a fitting way of marking our entry into Passiontide and Holy Week.
