Today at the 11.00 service, we welcome Denise Ditchburn and Roger Ashman from the Christians Against Poverty group in Malvern, who will explain the group’s work in helping those struggling financially in our area. Our Away Giving in June will be for the support of Christians Against Poverty.

The Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Little Malvern Priory will take place on Saturday 13th June. At 3.00 pm we shall hear from Natalie Halsall, an expert on medieval dovecotes. This will be followed by the AGM at 4.00, then Choral Evensong at 5.00 pm. Everybody is welcome to the afternoon’s events.
Christina Toye is now resident at The Boynes Care Centre, Upper Hook Road, WR8 0SB (on the way to Upton). David would be very pleased if church friends would like to visit her – no need to contact him first. Thank you.
‘Dowland’s Delight’ – a recital celebrating 400 years of John Dowland’s lute songs. At Little Malvern Priory on Tuesday 9th June at 1.00 pm. With Elizabeth Pallett and students from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Admission Free with a retiring collection for the church. Tea, coffee and homemade cake available. All are very welcome.
Gardens visit: The Flower Arrangers are to visit Overbury Court and Whitcombe House gardens in the Cotswolds, on Thursday 25th June, and have places available. The cost is £15 per person to include both gardens, tea and cake. More information to be found on the noticeboard in the narthex. Please sign the list there if you would like to come.
